INTRASTAT

Intrastat is considered a method of collecting data on trade in the European Union, with which statistics on freight traffic are made. If you meet these two requirements, you will be required to submit the Instrastat statistical model:
VOLUME OF OPERATIONS

If the volume of intra-Community transactions for the previous year exceeds the exemption threshold set by law.

TYPE OF OPERATION

If it is a natural or legal person with VAT NIF for making deliveries (shipment), intra-community acquisitions (introduction), or assimilated operations, intervening in an exchange of goods between Spain and another Member State.
